STOP GLOBAL WARMING ?

PLANTING  A TREE WOULD BE THE OBVIOUS CHOICE..!

If you were to pick one simple thing to do to help stop global warming, planting a tree would be the obvious choice.


Or would it?


True, a single tree can absorb more than one ton of Co2 over its lifetime. This is a great thing .Yet a few qualifying points demand attention. It’s not the Ronald Reagan was right when he said , “Trees cause more pollution than automobiles do.” (Um no.) It’s that when trees decay, they release Co2 back into the atmosphere (though some remains in the soil). So once a tree has been planted, someone needs to watch over it , and when the time comes, salvage it for lumber or dispose of it in a landfill rather than mulching or burning it.

If you live in a tropical area, you’re in a great position to start planting. Tropical forests filter pollutants quickly and, with their deep roots, draw up water that evaporates into the atmosphere, helping to foster protective cloud cover that reflects sunlight back into space. In temperate parts of the globe, such as the U.S. and Europe, one result climatologists fear is that all those trees you plant will absorb and retain heat from the Sun, contributing to a rise in the temperature of the Earth’s surface of up to 10◦F by the year 2100 in those regions.

Enough with the bad news. Trees are not just vital for us, of course, but for fungi, insects, and other creatures great and small. Anything that encourages earthlings to appreciate and want to protect nature more rather than less-and looks so pretty in the process-has branches that reach far past tomorrow.

If you can’t get to patch of earth with a sapling, make a contribution to an organization that plants trees. Dig it!

Inventive Personality Type

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

1. Status. Individuals of the Inventive personality type are highly competitive in pursuit of success and prestige. They want very much to be outstanding in some way (Riso, 103), to gain recognition, even fame and glory.

2. Idealized self-image. They develop highly idealized images of themselves with which they identify and which they love. The person is his idealized self and seems to adore it (Glad, 494).

3. Subdued demeanor. Persons of the Inventive type are energetic, but phlegmatic in temperament. "They can be quiet, rather private, subdued in demeanor, and have artistic interests and aesthetic sensibilities (Riso, 102)."

4. Attention. Individuals of the Inventive type have a tendency to behave in such a way as to attract attention. "They can be subtle show-offs, but show-offs nonetheless (Riso, 103)."


5. Openness to culture. The Inventive person has unusual thought processes, values intellectual matters, and judges in unconventional terms. He or she is aesthetically reactive and has a wide range of interests (McCrae and John).

6. Intelligence. "Intelligence will typically be emphasized in their self-images and social dealings." They put great stock in their ideas and demand that others do likewise (Riso, 103).

7. Competence. The faith of those of the Inventive type is "in their ability to improvise something, and they display an unusual talent for rising to the expediency of a situation (Keirsey, 184)." Their focus is on competent excellence in performance.

8. Innovation. The Inventive type maintains an independent view and is "the most reluctant of all the types to do things in a particular manner just because that is the way things always have been done (Keirsey, 183)." They are inventors and innovators.

9. Cleverness. They are mentally bright and quick-witted. For those of the Inventive type "to be taken in, to be manipulated by another, is humiliating; this offends their joy in being masters of the art of oneupmanship (Keirsey, 185)."

10. Self-consciousness Persons of the Inventive type look to others for approval (Reich, 47). They are very conscious of how others treat them (Riso, 103) and highly sensitive to criticism (Oldham, 89) and negative evaluation.

Walking Tour At Phra Maha Chedi Chai Mongkol

Today is a special day for buddhism  Wan Khao Phansa (Beginning of Vassa)

In First waning moon, 8th Thai lunar month (July): Buddhist observance marking the beginning of Vassa, also known as Buddhist Lent.

DORA , MY MOTHER and I Visited  Phra Maha Chedi Chai Mongkol .

We was walking Tour around the area of temple and the beautiful Pagoda.

Phra Maha Chedi Chai Mongkol  Located in the Wat Pha Nam Thip Thepprasit Wararam. On top of green hills. Phu Phan Mountains District Phok line adjacent the steep cliff where the water flows all year round. Villagers called Pha Nam Yoi.

Phra Maha Chedi Chai Mongkol. Is designed to be contemporary art between the central and northeast. Blending the Phra Pathom Chedi and Phra That Phanom. Ong is one of the largest pagoda in Thailand is 101 meters wide 101 meters long and 101 meters high in a total area of 101 rai of the 5th floor.


Level 1 is a large hall. Decorated by carving a pattern around Thailand. A statue of Luang Pu maha Robert V. founder.


2nd floor conference room is a large Buddhist. Buddhist monks supporting the 2000-3000 form.


Level 3 is the chapel floor and main Buddha image. The instructor and statues as a nationwide body of 101.


Level 4 also focuses on image and decorated beautifully. Can also mountain green attractions in 4 directions.


Level 5 is packed Grand Buddha's relics


Free Open daily between 06.00-17.30 hrs


Now !! I'm at home ...I feel tried and pain my leg  ,I not often walk a lot like this before (Lazy to walk and exercise) I climbed many hundred stage of stair to see top view ....wow!wow! the 360 degree from the pagoda top view is very beautiful !
